By playing the Head Stack Challenge and submitting your information, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Open to participants worldwide.
- You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to be eligible for the monthly prize draw.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
To participate:
- Play the Head Stack Challenge and submit your name and email through the form. You may play the game as many times as you'd like, but you may only submit your entry once per campaign.
- Each valid submission will be eligible for up to three [3] monthly draws, unless a winner is selected sooner.
Alternate entry:
- To enter without playing, send your full name and email to giveaway @ infinitebrick.com (without spaces) with the subject line โHead Stack Giveaway Entryโ.
Only one entry per person, per campaign, will be accepted. Submissions are linked to your browser or device.
3. Valid Entry Requirements
A valid entry must:
- Include a working email address.
- be subscribed to the Infinite Brick Insiders newsletter at the time of the draw.
Entries may be disqualified if:
- The email address is invalid or undeliverable.
- The user has unsubscribed before the draw date.
- The winner does not respond to prize notification within seven [7] calendar days of contact.
- The entry appears to be a duplicate or submitted using bots or automation.
- The player is found to be under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Any other violations of these Terms occur.
4. Prize Details
- Each month, for the duration of the campaign, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The prize is a Fig Fix Minifigure Head Holder, shipped free of charge.
- The winner will be announced in the Infinite Brick Insiders email newsletter.
- The selected winner will be contacted via the email address submitted. If no response is received within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
5. Data Collection & Use
By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your:
- Name
- Email address
- Game score (used for leaderboard purposes only)
Your data is used for:
- Managing the game leaderboard.
- Administering the monthly draw.
- Subscribing you to the Infinite Brick Insiders newsletter.
- Occasionally sending promotional offers or discount codes.
You may unsubscribe at any time. If you do, you will no longer be eligible for the monthly prize draw.
6. Data Storage & Third Parties
Your data will be securely stored and may be processed by third-party services used for email delivery (including winner communications), analytics, and customer relationship management. We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.
7. Your Rights
If you reside in the EU, UK, or another jurisdictions with privacy protections, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
